Op een koude winterdag voelde Liliana Vess zich ontzettend eenzaam, omgeven door haar ondood leger, en wou zich verontschuldigen aan garruk, haar oude liefde, ze waren al niet meer samen sinds de duel decks over hun relatie, waarin liliana zijn hart brak door met een ondode kerel in bed te kruipen meerbepaald de Grave Titan (lijkt niet zo plezierig overigens). Garruk hoorde dit ontroerend liedje en ze gaven elkaar een Kiss of Death (dit is eveneens de reden waarom garruk en liliana niet in de eerstvolgende reeksen zullen voorkomen). En ze hadden allemaal een gezellig kerstfeest en een fantastisch nieuwjaar (behalve liliana en garruk)
