Dat is toch geen argument? Dan kun je elke counterspell wel afschrijven als je zegt dat je tegenstander daarna toch wel nog een spell gaat casten

To be fair, Alex; GH zegt niet dat Mental Misstep dood is, late-game. Enkel dat Daze dat nìet is.

Hoezo is deze dood late game? bijna ieder deck speelt 1 mana spells en die pakken ze dus ook late game.
kortom dan is deze ook nooit dood. LOGICA!

Tuurlijk maar de kans blijft groter dat je met deze een StP kan counteren late game, dan dat je met Daze dat kan.
Dat klopt. Er zullen daarentegen genoeg spelers zijn die beurt 5-6 nog steeds outtappen though.

Klopt, maar we hadden het over late game. En dan is het niet vaak een echt goede hard counter. In ieder geval niet vaak.
Ben ik met je eens Maarten. Maar Daze heeft de mogelijkheid alles te counteren. De Misstep niet, enkel dingen met CMC1. Een goed getimede Daze is meestal ook gewoon een hard counter.

@GH: Daze is nog doder late game dan deze kaart. Dit is teminste een hard counter, in tegenstelling tot Daze.

Each Phyrexian mana symbol in a spell’s mana cost contributes 1 to that spell’s converted mana cost. For example, Mental Misstep’s converted mana cost is 1, regardless of how its cost was paid.
