When Planechase came out in 2009, it presented a whole new way to play Magic. The shifting plane cards constantly affected the game. And on June 1, 2012, Planechase (2012 Edition) will bring even more multiplayer fun!
The four new Planechase decks (Chaos Reigns, Night of the Ninja, Primordial Hunger, and Savage Auras) will contain all-new planar decks that contain a new kind of oversized card, and an assortment of new, Eternal-legal Magic cards.
Let's take those one at a time. The "all-new planar decks" explain themselves. You'll get to visit planes you've never seen before as well as some old favorites. Long-time players will particularly enjoy this fact: there's a plane card for Shandalar!
Next, the new kind of oversized card. These are phenomenon cards (plural: phenomena) that represent the sort of perils that lurk between planes. Here's one now!
Each deck has eight new plane cards and two new phenomenon cards, and these cards are not shared between decks; there are a total of 32 new planes and 8 new phenomena.
Finally, there are brand new cards that are legal in Eternal formats. It's probably worth mentioning that there's a cycle of multicolored Legendary creatures. Like this one
And speaking of multicolored Legendary creatures, we've been asked to mention that other Commander-specific products are on their way. That's all we can say! Now, back to Planechase.
There are a total of 21 new Magic cards in the set, spread across the four decks. Each deck has six of the cards (counting by name), although some appear in multiples.
Planechase (2012 Edition) comes out on June 1, 2012. Each of the four decks contains a sixty-card Magic deck, a ten-card planar deck, and a planar die. The MSRP for each deck is $19.99. This release will be available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.

Ik snap de flavor achter sommige planes niet helemaal. Voorzover ik weet is Akoum het rood/zwarte gedeelte van zendikar. Het heeft niets met enchantments, en zit in de 2 kleuren die het minst met enchantments te maken hebben. Waarom hebben ze daar in vredesnaam een enchantment plane voor gemaakt? 
Uit de Planeswalker-guide van Zendikar:
"...Akoum is primarily aligned with red mana, as befits such a heavily volcanic region, but the crystal fields on the surface and the spires of semi-reflective rock help provide a white mana tie to the region as well..."

"...The coasts of Akoum are a deathtrap to travelers..."
Coast = blauwe mana (check ook de art: hier ).
Dus wit en blauw is er ook te vinden. Wat dus het flash en het enchantment-stuk verklaard, lijkt mij. 
Volgens mij is die "rare" plane de DCI Promo Plane en zit die niet in de decks. Je kan er een krijgen bij de release events volgens mij.

Gave art die planes. Weet iemand een mogelijkheid om voor een redelijk prijsje aan een setje planes te komen (van de vorige editie dus)?
Stairs to Infinity is inderdaad de releasepromo en derhalve rare, zit niet in de decks.

Is er dan een Planechase release dan? En zo ja, wanneer? Oja LotZ, dit is wat iemand op MtGSalvation zei over de flavor van Akoum:

The thing people seem to forget about the card is that id does not specify green or white. The deck may be green-white, but the card isn't. Jund restricts its effects to colors, Akoum doesn't.
And with all things considered this plane seems to just embody the typical "the unprepared will die"-flavor of Zendikar. Why is Akoum such a bad candidate to showcase this part of flavor of Zendikar? Why is "have a magical ward for emergencies" not an adequate representation of being prepared for the natural disaster that inevitably will strike in this place?''
En dat klinkt wel logisch eigenlijk 
Die Sakashima's Student is tot nu toe de kaart waar ik het meest enthousiast over ben, sowiso is het voor 
op zijn minst gewoon een Ninja Clone met de optie om voor 
een enorme toolbox/swinger te kunnen zijn a'la Volrath’s Shapeshifter (Om maar even wat te noemen)
Zou Grand Ossuary de Plane zijn waar Ghave, Guru of Spores vandaan komt?
yes nog meer ravnica, als ik dan mijn 10 ravnica EDH decks af heb dan kan ik met de ravnica kaarten en een paar van de gebeurtenissen het ook nog met planechase spelen

Ghave komt van het land Drakkus.
Ze hebben (behalve synergie) niks te maken met elkaar.

Oftewel, je chaos-beestje van 7/7 werkt pas als je weggaat van de plane. En dan schop je de zogenoemde konten van andere mensen.
