Mijn vraag was wanneer produceert dit landje effectief mana? En mijn excuses voor de leestekens

Dan vind ik de vraag niet zo zinnig. Met alleen 3 land heb je dan 0 mana. En kun je proberen wat meer leestekens te gebruiken zoals iig hoofdletters? Dat staat wat netter en leest makkelijker.

ik weet dat de devotion niet geld voor landjes maar ik had in mij hoofd een mono white deck en white staat niet bekend om mana accel. dus mijn conclusie was 3de beurt waardoor je 2 landjes kunt tappen zodat je vervolgens Nykthos kunt tappen voor de devotion.

Je kunt hem toch tappen voor kleurloos dat heb je vast ook nodig. En later gebruiken voor extra mana als je veel hebt liggen.
En devotion gaat niet om landjes he, maar om manasymbolen in castingcost op kaarten. Landjes hebben dat niet.

Ligt het aan mij of Geeft deze kaart pas effectief mana in de 3de beurt (bij 3 land) in een mono kleur deck?

Overigens is geen devotion to swamps maar devotion to black.
En 
is een zwart manasymbool.

Maar wel een zwart tekentje :3
Nee Nykthos krijgt geen devotion van Vault Skirge aangezien er toch echt geen swamp tekentje bovenin de kaart staat.

Werkt Nykthos ook met phyrexian mana? IE, telt een Vault Skirge 1 bij mijn zwarte devotion?

2e zelfs, hij was ook al van rond de 6 naar rond de 8 gestegen.

En de eerste stijging is een feit!
In multicolored decks is deze juist goede colorfix, mits je voldoende devotion hebt natuurlijk, ik speel er 2 in mijn Standard Selesnya aura en daarin kan deze kaart een soort van game-beslissend zijn , al zou een landje van de juiste kleur dat natuurlijk ook zijn...

The second ability is a mana ability. It doesn’t use the stack and can’t be responded to.

If an activated ability or triggered ability has an effect that depends on your devotion to a color, you count the number of mana symbols of that color among the mana costs of permanents you control as the ability resolves. The permanent with that ability will be counted if it’s still on the battlefield at that time.
