Flashback is het gewoon casten een spell, behalve dat je het uit de graveyard doet en voor een andere cost. Je kunt een kaart die geflashbackt wordt dus gewoon met een Cancel counteren.
Kun je ietsjes concreter vertellen wat je er precies niet aan snapt?
Want flashback is geen activated ability en geen triggered ability, dus werkt Stifle er niet tegen. Dat klopt.

You name the card as Cabal Therapy resolves, not as you cast it. Then the targeted player reveals their hand and discards if appropriate. No player may choose to take actions between you naming the card and the targeted player revealing and discarding.
