Hoezo kan hij niet enchanted worden?

Het valt me nu pas voor het eerst op dat de flavortext iets zegt over enchantment, terwijl de burchtheer van Hammerheim nou juist niet enchanted kan worden.
Gelukkig kan hij wel Obsidian Battle-Axe gebruiken, hij is nog een warrior ook
Maar deze is gewoon net iets minder goed dan Tolaria vanwege zijn 2e ability

En hij is gewoon gaver dan een Mountain. Net zoals Tolaria gaver is dan een Island.
Dat als je in een meta (=speelgroep, omgeving) speelt met veel Landwalk abiltys je deze misschien nog wel wil spelen. Zeker van het EDH/Commander forum
Wat wordt in EDH/Commander bedoeld met 'zou wel eens een meta keuze kunnen zijn'?

Causing a creature to lose landwalk abilities is useful only during the declare attackers step or earlier. Once the declare blockers step begins, it’s too late to block the creature.
