Sakashima's Student.dec gaat een stap verder! We voegen groen toe!
Onze board positie is als volgt:
- Op beurt 3 hebben we één Horned Turtle gespeeld uit Tempest, geboren in 1997
- Er ligt nu de nieuwe Master Biomancer bij op beurt vier.
Vervolgens spelen we Sakashima’s Student en kiezen ervoor om hem als Horned Turtle in het spel te brengen. Omdat Master Biomancer in het spel ligt komt hij in het spel met twee +1/+1 counters en heeft Mutant als creature type erbij gekregen!
Dus nu hebben wij:
"Horned Turtle (Sakashima's Student) 
Creature - Turtle Mutant Ninja 
1/4"
En we kunnen aan nemen dat, in 2013, een Horned Turtle uit Tempest 16 jaar oud is. Aldus, een tiener.

over Clone gesproken, er was een vriend van mij (niet op zijn snuggerste moment) die probeerde in EDH zijn general, talrand, te clonen. XD

Zo conditioneel is deze niet, hij heeft dezelfde CMC als een ordinaire Clone alleen is ie iets verder naar blauw geshift, voor zover dat een probleem is

Ik zit sowieso meestal niet veel meer boven die site. Wel wat boven de laagste maar meestal wel rond average of iets lager.

Dat terwijl de market de goedkoopste site van de wereld is in mijn ervaring (zelfs ebay veilingen komen vaak hoger). En hier is ie natuurlijk nog NM ook! Alleen vind ik hem nogal situationeel. Je moet een ongeblockte aanvaller hebben om hem te droppen. Dan speel ik liever de p. metamorph!

Sterker nog, op magiccardmarket is ie bijna net zo duur als hier en dat wil wat zeggen! Nog steeds heel erg gewild. Als hij geen reprint krijgt in een nieuwe set zal hij wel zo duur blijven denk ik.

Het is niet ongebruikelijk om de origine van superhelden aan te passen aan de tijdsgeest. In de jaren vijftig waren zo'n beetje alle superhelden mutaties of genetische experimenten, tijdens de koude oorlog werden ze superhelden door radioactiviteit. En in de 21e eeuw zijn aliens blijkbaar populair (in ieder geval wel in Amerika).

Binnenkort is het Teenage Alien Ninja Turtles. *facepalm* Michael Bay (Pearl Harbor, Transformers, Armageddon etc) gaat de Turtles verfilmen. In zijn versie komen de Turtles...
...van een andere planeet. LAAAAAME. Hij was al matig bezig, dit lijkt de laatste nagel in z'n doodskist wel. Amateur.

Because you return the unblocked attacking creature to its owner’s hand while activating the ninjutsu ability, you can’t have Sakashima’s Student enter the battlefield as a copy of that creature.

Sakashima’s Student copies exactly what was printed on the original creature (unless that creature is copying something else or is a token; see below) and it is a Ninja in addition to its other types. It doesn’t copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or any Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on.

If the chosen creature is copying something else (for example, if the chosen creature is another Sakashima’s Student), then your Sakashima’s Student enters the battlefield as whatever the chosen creature copied.

If the chosen creature is a token, Sakashima’s Student copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that put the token onto the battlefield. Sakashima’s Student is not a token.

Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied creature will trigger when Sakashima’s Student enters the battlefield. Any “as [this creature] enters the battlefield” or “[this creature] enters the battlefield with” abilities of the chosen creature (like devour) will also work.

If Sakashima’s Student somehow enters the battlefield at the same time as another creature, Sakashima’s Student can’t become a copy of that creature. You may choose only a creature that’s already on the battlefield.

You can choose not to copy anything. In that case, Sakashima’s Student enters the battlefield as a 0/0 creature, and is probably put into the graveyard immediately.
