Meh. Gewoon de obligatory grafhaat ergens in je 75, dan kan je fatsoenlijke counter spelen.
Edit: Force of Negation kunnen we het overigens zeker over hebben. Mooi ding.

Zo vergezocht vind ik dit eigenlijk niet hoor. Counters die exilen zijn ook zeker niet schaars of onspeelbaar. Ik kan me namelijk wel voorstellen dat dit ding in limited of zelfs het juiste deck voor deze kaart behoorlijk irritant kan zijn. Elke keer als je land hebt kun je die land draw iig vervangen door iets met CMC <3. Wellicht niet gamebreaking, maar in dat geval is een goedgeplaatste Syncopate geen overbodige luxe, niet?
Zeker waar! Zoals altijd is ook hier een "what if" te bedenken en kan je dan heus een van de zeldzame counters aanvoeren die exiled.
Echter het punt dat ik probeer te maken is dat ongeacht hetgeen je met Throes of Chaos doet nadat ie gecast is de Cascade trigger toch wel op de stack gaat.

Niet als je m wilt exilen om te voorkomen dat je tegenstander de Retrace ability gaat abusen. Dit kan met Quash bijvoorbeeld.
Volgens mij is dit de eerste keer in de geschiedenis van MTG dat een kaart tijdens het resolven vanuit zichzelf niets doet.
Het leuke is wat mij betreft dat het counteren van deze spell daardoor volslagen zinloos is geworden!
LOL ik vind dit wel grappig, een Sorcery met louter 2 keywords (of hoe noem je dat) en verder geen game-of flavor text.
