Om je volgende vraag alvast te beantwoorden: ja, je kunt als reactie op een Counterspell je Lotleth Troll activeren en je hand leeggooien waardoor ie oncounterbaar wordt en de Counterspell niks doet, nadat ie resolved 
Het wordt niet gecheckt, het is een static ability die gewoon altijd geldig is als er aan de voorwaarden voldaan wordt.
