Ja. Een creature dat regenerate, gaat niet dood maar blijft gewoon leven, dus gaat niet naar de graveyard.
(Het is NIET zo dat een creature dat regenerate, eerst naar de graveyard gaat en dan weer terugkomt. Een creature dat regenerate blijft gewoonweg op de battlefield.)

Als je hiermee een beest molt, dan kan ie dus nog wel regeneraten?

Magma Spray’s replacement effect will exile the target creature if it would die this turn for any reason, not just due to lethal damage. It applies to the target creature even if Magma Spray deals no damage to it (due to a prevention effect) or Magma Spray deals damage to a different creature (due to a redirection effect).
