Je kan sowieso geen land casten, dat is door; ' You can see in 601.2, "casting" specifically means to put it on the stack, which you do not do when playing a land'.
P.s Ik heb veel mensen met Narset, Enlightened Master landjes zien casten, dat niet mag. Maar met Djinn of Wishes mag dit wel, 'playing' = 701.11b To play a card means to play that card as a land or to cast that card as a spell, whichever is appropriate.
Potentieel sleepertje. Casual EDH zie ik deze nog wel op gaan pikken.

Als het een nonland card is, mag je hem casten. Dat gebeurt als onderdeel van het resolven van de trigger, dus het hoeft geen instant te zijn! Sorcery, creature, enchantment... alles mag, behalve landjes.
Is ook een sorcery of creature toegestaan?

Het gratis casten is deel van het resolven van de trigger; je krijgt dus eenmalig de kans, namelijk direct op het moment dat hij exiled wordt. Zelfs later in dezelfde beurt mag het al niet meer!
kun je de ge-exilde kaart alleen in de oppponent zijn beurt spelen? of kun je die later in je eigen beurt nog uitspelen?

If you cast the exiled card, you do so as part of the resolution of Mind’s Dilation’s ability. You can’t wait to cast it later in the turn. Timing permissions based on the card’s type are ignored, but other restrictions (such as “Cast [this card] only during combat”) are not.

If you cast a card “without paying its mana cost,” you can’t choose to cast it for any alternative costs, such as emerge costs. You can, however, pay additional costs, such as escalate costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, you must pay those.

If the card has X in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost.

If you cast an instant or sorcery card this way, it goes to its owner’s graveyard as normal. It doesn’t return to exile.
