De Grindstone/Painter’s Servant-combo is al zooo oud..
Alle kaarten worden 1 bepaalde kleur door Painter’s Servant, waarna je iemand in 1x leeg millt met Grindstone.
Maar die combo is al heel lang geleden gevonden, en is ook al heel vaak gespeeld

Dat zou sowieso niet lukken...
Neem de Oracle text: "All cards that aren't on the battlefield, spells, and permanents...".
De definitie van een permanent is nu juist een kaart (of token) op de battlefield.
Dus "permanents that aren't on the battlefield" zou nogal tegenstrijdig zijn...

Ten eerste beschrijft DeathScythe helder en duidelijk wat er precies aan de hand is. Heb je dat uberhaupt gelezen?
Ten tweede, heb je het woordje PERMANENTS gemist in "and permanents are the chosen color in addition to their other colors."?

aangezien de equipment al op het veld ligt is hij niet meer zwart

je kan het zwaard equipen, echter zodra het zwaard erop ligt ziet het spel dat een zwart iets aan iets geattached is dat pro zwart is met als geval dat ze het ilegale object unattachen.
dus ja, je kan het zwaard equipen, maar veel zin heeft het niet

als je een painter's servant op zwart hebt, kun je er dan een sword of light and shadow op equippen? en zo ja, blijft deze er dan op liggen aangezien het zwaard ook zwart wordt?

The effects of multiple Painter’s Servants are cumulative.

While Painter’s Servant is on the battlefield, an effect that changes an object’s colors will overwrite Painter’s Servant’s effect. For example, casting Cerulean Wisps on a creature will turn it blue, regardless of the color chosen for Painter’s Servant.

Each card becomes a new object as it changes zones, so this effect will apply to it from scratch in the new zone. Zone-change replacement abilities that care about the new color (like “[color] permanents enter the battlefield tapped”) won’t work because those effects are applied as the card is entering its new zone. Zone-change triggered abilities that care about the new color (like “when a [color] permanent enters the battlefield” or “when you cast a [color] spell”) will work because those effects apply after the card is already in its new zone.

If something affected by Painter’s Servant is normally colorless, it will simply be the new color. It won’t be both the new color and colorless.
