Je kunt hem inderdaad niet achteraf zeggen dat hij niets toevoegd tov Arrest enzo omdat ten tijde van Ice Age block die kaart nog helemaal niet bestond. Maar inderdaad, Swords was er al, en anders was er nog altijd Exile of Reprisal.

Met Arrest kun je ook geen activated abilities gebruiken die geen 
in de cost hebben, zoals bijvoorbeeld bij Tinder Wall, wat bij Serra Bestiary alsnog kan. Verder was dit zelfs destijds een erg matige kaart omdat Swords to Plowshares er toen ook al was.

ik zie deze kaart toevallig op NM.
Wat voegt deze toe tov Arrest of zelfs een Pacifism?
Een hele dure upkeep, maar verder echt helemaal niks toch?
Wat was homelands toch een crap-set
wat zonde van al mijn geld dat ik daar aan heb uitgegeven.....

Activated abilities contain a colon. They’re generally written “[Cost]: [Effect].” Some keywords are activated abilities and will have colons in their reminder text.
